What this site collects
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels. The site itself stores nothing about visitors.
Services that see your data
- Vercel Inc. hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including your IP address and browser. Vercel privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface and sees your IP address when it loads. Google privacy policy.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar. Its script loads with the home page, so it sees your IP address; when you book, it receives the details you give (name, email, any answers). Cal.com privacy policy.
- Google Meet hosts the audit call. Google receives the meeting invite (your name and email) and sees your IP address when you join. Google privacy policy.
- Stripe handles payment and billing details when a client subscribes. Card details go to Stripe only; Actira never sees them. Stripe privacy policy.

Why, and on what basis
To answer you and run the call you booked: steps taken at your request before a contract, and legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
How long
Booking and email data are deleted 12 months after the last contact if no client relationship follows.
Client data
Data about a client's leads and patients, processed to deliver the service, is covered by the client agreement, under which Actira acts as a processor.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or receive a copy: email hello@getactira.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
